Starting from 1st April 2009 OJSC N.W. Telecom is renewing the range of the AlliancePRO range of package offers. Instead of the 4 packages of services formed depending on the connection technologies that are used, corporate clients are offered only two packages: AlliancePRO - Standard and AlliancePRO - Office. These packages depend on the number of employees in the client's office who have telephone sets in their work places.

Now, having received an answer from the would-be client to the simple question of the number of employees in the office, we can offer at once a solution meeting his needs as precisely as possible."

The AlliancePRO - Standard package of services is intended for small offices and includes 1 to 3 telephone line s with city numbers, as well as access to the Internet . AlliancePRO - Office is intended for medium and big offices and aimed at an efficient distribution of incoming telephone calls and organization of intra-office communication. This package of services also includes access to the Internet and 2 to 8 telephone lines with a serial city number or a digital telephone path E1 for connecting a large number of employees to the communication network*.

The new AlliancePRO packages have differentiated rates for the provision of access to the telephone network depending on the number of connected subscriber lines – the discount may reach 50% of the base rate for a line. The monthly fee for Internet access under the limitless rate plans is 10% lower than the similar payment when the Internet service is used outside the packages. The subscriber fee for local communication services is collected at the rates established for the limitless rate plan for the same service outside the packages and amounts up to 420 to 520 roubles per line per month (depending on the particular branch).

Additional value added services are provided free of charge to clients who have been connected to the AlliancePRO- Standard and AlliancePRO-Office packages: tone dialing, identification of the calling subscriber 's number, notification on new calls, teleconferencing of three subscriber s, making an inquiry during a conversation**.

Starting from 1st April 2009 OJSC N.W. Telecom has been already making contracts for new AlliancePRO packages in all regions of the Northwestern Federal District. OJSC N.W. Telecom's corporate clients who were connected to the Mini-office, Office, Prestige and Corporation packages before 01.04.09 will continue using the services according to the contracts that were made.

To promote new package offers, in the period from 1st April till 31st August 2009 OJSC N.W. Telecom provides an opportunity to corporate clients to get connected to each service within the framework of the AlliancePRO- Standard and AlliancePRO-Office packages for just 1 rouble , provided a fixed-term contract is made for 12 months***.
