Perm, January 22nd, 2007. The Board of directors of “Perm Energy Selling Company” elected Boris Alexandrovich Bokarev general director of the company.

Earlier “Permenergosbit” was headed by Andrey Makarov, appointed in September 2006 general director of TGC-9.

Boris Bokarev was born in 1973. He graduated from Ural state technical university on the speciality “Organization and management in the branches of energy complex”. From 1995 to 2005 he worked in “Sverdlovenergo”. In 2005 – 2006 he worked as the first deputy executive director of “Sverdlovenergosbit” on economy and finance. Since October 2006 he worked as deputy general director of TGC-9 on selling of energy.

Boris Bokarev will combine positions of deputy general director of TGC-9 and general director of “Permenergosbit”.

63,36% of voting stocks of “Permenergosbit” are in the asset management of TGC-9.
