By report of Foreign and Public Relations Department of Bank of Russia, on December 7th 2004, at the meeting of the Bank Surveillance Committee of Bank of Russia the decision was taken to produce positive opinions on compliance with the requirements to participation in the deposit insurance system. It concerned a number of banks including Bank Vozrozhdeniye (OAO), registration number #1439 (Moscow).

Vozrozhdeniye Bank is one of the major Russian banks operating actively with retail customers. Over 120 Bank's offices in 19 regions offer a wide range of bank products and services. The Bank is among top 10 banks by volume of attracted retail funds. At the moment personal balances exceed RUR 13.4 billion.
