PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MOEX: MAGN) notifies that
the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has assigned AA+ (RU)
credit rating to MMK’s series ZO-2024 (ISIN: RU000A105H64) notes
(the “Replacement Notes”).
According to ACRA’s methodology, the credit
rating of the Replacement Notes is equivalent to that of MMK’s and
is set at AA+(RU).
MMK issues the Replacement Notes under
requirements of the Russian legislation. The full information about
