PJSC LUKOIL Board of Directors approved Sustainability Report for 2021. The document was prepared in line with the international and industry reporting standards, such as GRI, SASB, UNCTAD and IPIECA, as well as the Bank of Russia's recommendations on disclosing information related to ESG factors and sustainable development. The new report puts a premium on the LUKOIL Group Sustainability Policy approved by the Board of Directors in January 2022.

Pursuant to the standards, material topics of the Report were selected based on stakeholders' requests. The document provides wider coverage of a number of issues, including, but not limited to climate, IT and cyber security, recycling of polymer waste. Along with the Report, the Company published an ESG data book on its website.

The Report was subject to an independent review by KPMG and received an endorsement of the Non-Financial Reporting Council of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). 

The Report will be presented in the regions of LUKOIL operations in Russia and abroad, as well as published on LUKOIL website ​in Russian and English languages.
