By resolution of the Russian Government, Alexander Gorshkov, Vice-President of NLMK’s Iron Ore Division and Director General of Stoilensky GOK, has been granted a Government Science and Technology Award for 2008. The document was signed by Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Russia.
