Orenburgenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), has summarized results of new technological connections to the power grids. For 7 months of 2017 Orenburgenergo received 1,509 requests for technological connections of total 187 MW; 1,144 contracts for 96 MW were signed; 1,176 connections of total 147 MW were made, of which 302 individual households and SMEs were connected in July. The waiting list includes big facilities requesting connections for over 150 kW.

In particular, technological connections are in progress for such consumers as solar power stations in Aleksandrovsky, Perevolotsky and Saraktashsky districts of the Orenburg region, a greenhouse complex near Orenburg, oil refining and tourist facilities as well as public utilities.
