OJSC Central Telegraph released its 2001 financial results.
Revenue from the core activity of OAO Central Telegraph amounted to Rub 727.8 mn while revenue from services rendered stood at Rub 637 mn. In addition, the company's profit rose 150% year-on-year, and reached Rub 140 mn. Rising revenues came on the back of an increase in the volume of new telecom services.
The company's 2001 balance sheet profit stood at Rub 110.2 mn while net profit reached Rub 81.4 mn.
Aggregate capital investments, allocated to new construction, development and upgrade stood at Rub 485 mn of which Rub 452.4 mn was allocated to the expansion of new services.
Based on the company's 2001 financial statistics the following key performance indicators were obtained:
· profit per employee stood at Rub 109,300
· profit per employee stood at Rub 793,600
