The Customer Service Center (CSC) of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies), reported their performance results for the first half of 2016. Thus, over the last 6 months 2,611 customers called the CSC to raise different issues.
At the moment, most of customer calls relate to technological connections to power grids of Chuvashenergo branch. During 6 months of 2016, the operators received 1,064 requests of such kind. Over the reporting period, 1,097 agreements (with due account for requests submitted earlier) for technological connection for the total maximum capacity of about 26,2 MW were concluded. In addition to submission of requests for technological connection, clients apply to the center on a variety of other issues related to electrification in rural settlements, execution and approval of documents.
For example, 58 applications concerning power supply to socially significant facilities have been submitted over the reporting period. Other category of customer calls is associated with electricity metering and accounting issues (maintenance, installation, replacement and sealing of electricity metering devices), etc. As usual, issuance of documents related to balance inventory delineation and parties' operational responsibilities delineation (929 calls) are the most urgent issues. In addition to the Customer Service Center in Cheboksary located at: 4/4 ul. I. Yakovleva (1 floor), clients of the Chuvash Republic may address their concerns to the production departments of Chuvashenergo branch located in Cheboksary (13, ul. Gladkova, tel.: (8352) 39-95-65); Alatyr (19, ul. Gagarina, tel.: (83531) 2-97-03) and Kanash (267, ul. Zheleznodorozhnaya, tel.: (83533) 3-89-63). To ensure maximum levels of comfort for clients, calls are accepted and handled in every distribution zone of the branch. Clients can also address their concerns via Mail of Russia.
