The inhabitant of the Penza region from which illegal actions in April, 2012 suffered the power equipment of Serdobsky production division of Penzaenergo branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC - is sentenced to obligatory works. The malefactor cut three wooden supports of an air-line and has stolen 500 meters of wire of the A-35 brand. Police officers with the assistance of specialists of Management of safety of Penzaenergo branch identified the plunderer "without delay". The court took into consideration that the detainee wasn't judged earlier, completely recognized fault, repented of deeds and considered possible to appoint punishment in the form of obligatory works as term of 250 hours with compensation of the caused damage. Actions of plunderers of the power equipment not only bear risk for life and health of criminals, but also can become the break reason in power supply of the whole settlements and social objects. Fight against "power theft" is one of the most actual tasks for divisions of safety of the power company.
