At the Board of Directors meeting held on 13 July 2004 materials concerning the implementation of VIP clients relationship system - "VIP clients relationship system" and "The Guidelines for VIP clients service" developed by the Customer Service Department were reviewed. The materials reflect the major objectives in working with VIP clients and include general criteria for VIP client identification, a common system of classification and importance analysis. The new methodology currently being developed allows to make a good match with the business specifics in each branch and will let the company to fully meet these customers’ needs for communications services as well as to considerably strengthen the company’s position in the telecom market.
The Board of Directors President Valery Yashin pointed out the high quality of the materials provided and comprehensive approach to this very important area.
