Prior to the signing of the agreement, AO MOSENERGO and the Spanish company SOLUZIONA have been in year-long negotiations and discussions.
The use of the automated commercial counting system will be a leap forward in the work with the region's energy consumers.

AO MOSENERGO is buying “Open SGC” software, which is now used in 42 countries. This system helps to ensure daily communication between energy sales divisions and consumers. The system consists of applications for making payments, handling counter readings, providing services to customers, billing, etc.

This software will be installed in Kolomenskoe and the seventh municipal divisions of Energosbyt.

According to Sr. Miguel, general director of Soluziona utilities, this new relationship with AO MOSENERGO is an important new direction for his company. “We are happy to cooperate with a leading Russian utility and ready to transfer to you our rich experience in the area of energy sales,” he said.
