The resolution was adopted unanimously at a meeting on June 30. Earlier on the same day, the company’s annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held.

Of 15 Board Members, 10 retained their positions. Nikolay Shulginov, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Pavel Snikkars, Deputy Head of the Department, Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation, Andrey Ryumin, Director General of PJSC Rosseti, Fedor Opadchiy, Chairman of the Management Board of System Operator of the United Power System JSC, were elected new directors.

Alexander Novak has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Rosseti since 2015.
