The Annual General Shareholders Meeting of TGC-1 took place on 18 June 2021. The shareholders approved the Company's annual report for 2020, accounting (financial) statements for 2020, including the Company's P&L statements for 2020.
TGC-1's revenue for 2020 totalled RUB 84 billion 158.2 million, gross profit — RUB 9 billion 968.0 million, and net profit — RUB 6 billion 763.3 million.
The Annual General Shareholder Meeting resolved to allocate RUB 2 billion 637.0 million of the net profit for 2020 to the disposal of the Company.
The dividends for 2020 will be paid to TGC-1 shareholders in the amount of RUB 0.001070552 per ordinary share of the Company in monetary form.
