The collective agreement of PJSC ROSSETI Volga contributes to the preservation of stability in the company, guarantees the social security of employees. The document regulating the relationship between the electric grid company and the regional organizations of the All-Russian Electric Union is based on the norms of the Industry Tariff Agreement in the electric power industry and the labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

"One of the company's priorities is constant work on the development of social partnership, improvement of labor relations, provision of social guarantees for employees," said Vladimir Ryabikin, CEO of PJSC ROSSETI Volga. "The signing of the collective agreement is the result of this work.

" A clear indicator of the effectiveness of the interaction of PJSC ROSSETI Volga with trade union organizations is the work during the COVID-19 pandemic. In a difficult economic situation, the company fulfilled all its social obligations to employees and ensured labor safety in the conditions of antiviral measures - the rapid transition of a significant part of the team to the remote work mode, providing individual protective equipment and sanitary and hygienic means, constant monitoring of the health status of employees. The contract guarantees the company's employees the creation of conditions for professional growth, the provision of all necessary measures for labor protection, as well as additional support measures in addition to those provided for by law - financial assistance, a number of benefits, payments and compensations.
