The Federal Securities Commission (Moscow) adopted a decision on February 11, 2002 to register issue reports on series 19, 20 and 22 of OJSC Svyazinform, Chelyabinsk region non-coupon common bonds payable to bearer.  The nominal value of one security is Rub 2,000.  The number of securities for each issue is 500. The placement value per share is Rub 8,000.  The total value of shares in the issue (at nominal value) is Rub 1 mn.
