Tambov Elektrosvyaz held a an EGM on February 13.   

The following issues were on the EGM agenda: 

1.       Reorganizing the open joint stock company Tambov Elektrosvyaz in the form of a merger with the Central Telecommunications Company. Other issues included approving the merger agreement and the transfer act.

2.       Joining the Association of Federal Network Operators for Business Services (ISKRA).
