The OAO LUKOIL Press Service announces that Yuri Kessler, former First Deputy General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft, has been appointed General Director of said company.
Yuri Kadzhoyan, former General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft, has retired on a pension.
The Press Service also announces that Denis Rogachev, former OAO LUKOIL First Deputy Chief of Staff, has been appointed General Director of OOO LUKOIL Trading House.
