RusHydro’s (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces
that the company took 34th place among the top 500 companies in the
annual RBC 500 rating.
The rating ranks companies based on net revenue
figures for 2019. RusHydro Group’s revenue for the period stood at
RUB 406.6 bn, an increase of 1.6% as compared to 2018.
The company’s 2019 operational results were
strong as well. Six hydropower plants (Boguchanskaya, Bureyskaya,
Votkinskaya, Kamskaya and Ust-Srednekanskaya HPPs and Kubanskaya
PSHPP) have reported record electricity output. Total electricity
production in the year came in at 142.8 GWh, 78% came from hydropower
and other renewables. RusHydro’s share in total electricity
production in Russia reached 13%.
The Company places extra priority stable dividend
payments and dividend growth in the medium-term. For 2019, the AGM
approved dividend distribution of RUB 15.7 bn in the amount of RUB
0.03568039 per share (average of dividends paid over the previous
three years in accordance with the new dividend policy).
