Perm, May 14^th, 2007. From May 13^th to May 18^th, 2007 on the basis of the Establishment “Centre of preparation and training” in the town of Dobryanka in Perm region took place final (closing) competitions of HPP operation staff with cross links of TGC-9. Their aim was raise of level of HPP staff vocational training, prevention of incidents because of wrong actions of workers, checking of the staff actions in extreme cases and provision of reliable work of the stations.

For participation in the professional competition arrived teams of production branches of TGC-9 that took the 1^st and the 2^nd places in the company elimination competitions that were held from April 11^th to April 21^st, 2007 in Dobryanka. From Komi Republic in final competitions of the company take part teams of Sosnogorskaya HPP and Vorkutinskaya HPP-1; from Sverdlovsk region – the team of Pervouralskaya HPP and the team of Kachkanarskaya HPP; from Perm region – representatives of Permskaya HPP-9 and Permskaya HPP-6.

Judges will appraise professional skills of station workers on 4 stages, during which they plan to check both theoretical knowledge and practical skills of HPP staff. As in the elimination contest participants of the competition will show the level of knowledge of reference documents, skills of carrying out station equipment switching at normal and emergency operating regimes, render the first aid.

The teams that will take the first places in closing competitions will take part in inter-regional competitions. The best team of Komi region will represent TGC-9 in the competitions of North-Western region of Russia. The best teams of Sverdlovsk region and Perm territory will represent TGC-9 in competitions of the Ural region of Russia that will also take place on Perm Territory in June.
