April 2-6, Milan, “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC and “Tecnimont” discussed setting-up a Polyethylene Production Facility 230 Ktpa at Nizhnekamsk.
The delegation of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC led by General Director V. Busygin discussed with the Italian partners the issues relating to the elaboration of design documents and equipment procurement intended for PE production and so forth.
The Parties also signed an “Acceptance Certificate for a PP Unit 180 Ktpa”. As per the Certificate, the performance test runs to reach the Unit guarantee figures have been successfully completed, and the “Tecnimont” mechanical guarantees begin to be effective within the next 12 months.
