Alexander Vasilievich Loskutov is appointed as the first deputy to the director of Nizhny Novgorod branch of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” (technical director). Earlier he was the technical director of Volga region branch of OJSC “Rostelecom”. Now Alexander Loskutov is responsible for the solution of issues relating to the technical policy of the Company’s Nizhny Novgorod branch.   

Alexander Loskutov was born in 1959, he has higher technical education. He began his work in telecommunications industry in Nizhny Novgorod oblast, in Dalnee Konstantinovo technical communication center of the USSR Ministry of communication Territorial centre of long-distance communication (later transformed into OJSC “Rostelecom”), where he started to work as an electrician in 1980. Since 1989 he has been occupying leading positions, when he was appointed as the chief of network communication center, and in 2000 he was appointed as the chief engineer of territorial centre of long-distance communication (Kirov).  Since 2002 and till the appointment to Nizhny Novgorod branch of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” Alexander Loskutov had been working as the technical director of Volga region branch of OJSC “Rostelecom” in Samara.

The issue of appointment of Alexander Loskutov was considered by OJSC “VolgaTelecom” Management board, and after that OJSC “VolgaTelecom” General Director signed the appropriate order.
