According to the prepared in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards statements for 6 months of 2026, net profit of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC (the ticker – MRKP) in comparison with the first half of 2025 increased by 24%, having reached 14,5 bln RUB. The increase in the net profit was due to growth in revenue, a reduction in expenses for servicing the loan portfolio, as well as the implementation of measures to optimize operating expenses and reduce energy losses.

The Company’s revenue for January-June 2026 amounted to 84,0 bln RUB, including 80,2 bln RUB from provision of electricity transmission services. The growth in comparison with 1H 2025 was 13,6% and 13,7%, respectively. Cost of sales increased by 12,3% to 65,7 bln RUB.

According to the Company’s performance results for January-June 2026, accounts receivable decreased by 4,3 bln RUB compared to the same period in 2025 and amounted to 16,5 bln RUB.
