3Q 2024 Highlights:

• New contract sales amounted to RUB 30 billion, or 118 th sqm;

• Share of mortgage sales was 59%, compared to 76% in 3Q 2023.

9M 2024 Highlights:

• New contract sales stood at RUB 115 billion, or 487 th sqm;

• Share of mortgage sales amounted to 78%.
