3Q 2025 Highlights:

• New contract sales amounted to RUB 39 billion, or 146 th sqm;

• Share of mortgage sales was 51%.

9M2025 Highlights:

• New contract sales stood at RUB 107 billion, or 400 th sqm;

• Share of mortgage sales amounted to 49%.
