4Q 2025 Highlights:

• New contract sales amounted to RUB 83 billion, or 289 th. sqm.

FY 2025 Highlights:

• New contract sales increased to RUB 191 billion, or 689 th. sqm;

• Completions reached 672 th. sqm of net sellable area;

• New 501 th. sqm of net sellable area launched in the reporting period.
