Moscow, 11 December 2008. Pursuant to items 4-6 of the order of the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia of 18.11.2008, No 08-2788/pz-i, 3 months having expired after the state registration of reports on the results of additional issues of registered ordinary uncertified shares in OJSC INTER RAO UES, there have been cancelled serial numbers (codes) of state registration numbers of additional issues of securities (the state registration numbers of additional issues-1-02-33498-E-001D of 18.03.2008, 1-02-33498-E-003D of 18.03.2008 and 1-02-33498-E-004D of 18.03.2008).

In compliance with the above order, Russian Trading System Stock Exchange (RTS) and Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) (MICEX CEO order No 2210 of 10.12.2008) have changed the parameters of OJSC INTER RAO UES ordinary shares listed effective as of 4 and 11 December 2008, respectively:

- state registration number: 1-02-33498-E of 23.10.2007;

- number of shares issued: 2 274 113 845 013.
