Moscow, 19 November 2008. On 18 November 2008, 42.4855 per cent of OJSC INTER RAO UES ordinary shares, previously held by the Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management, were assigned to the Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation.
The transfer of stock was arranged in compliance with the Russian Federation Presidential Decree of 20.03.2008, No 369; the Russian Federation Government Resolution of 06.05.2008, No 346; and the Federal Agency for State Property Management Regulation of 11.11.2008, No 1998-r.
The stock transfer having been finalized, Rosatom, jointly with OJSC Energoatom Concern, a successor to Rosenergoatom and a member of the Rosatom group, owns 57.34 per cent of the total number of the outstanding stock in OJSC INTER RAO UES.
The authorized capital of OJSC INTER RAO UES is 227 bln 411 mln 385 thou roubles, as represented by ordinary shares with a face value of 0.1 rouble each.
