Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Dmitry Kobylkin, Governor of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YNAO), signed a Supplemental Cooperation Agreement for 2013 between the Company and YNAO, in Salekhard today. As part of the Agreement, LUKOIL Group organizations will donate RUR 200 million to the social and economic development of the Okrug in the following year. Out of this amount, RUR 80 million will be granted to the Foundation of Innovative Development of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, a non-profit organization. RUR 25 million will be given to the Development Foundation of Tazovsky District of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. RUR 20 million will be allocated to the construction of social infrastructure facilities, residential buildings for the indigenous minorities of the North and to the upgrading of national settlements in Purovsky District. The Framework Cooperation Agreement between OAO LUKOIL and YNAO for 2011-2013 was signed in December of 2010.
