Recently ZAO International Pipeline Engineering has started mailing offers to buy OAO LUKOIL’s crude. Corporate OAO LUKOIL letterheads and other documents suggesting an agreement on crude marketing via Vysotsk port between ZAO International Pipeline Engineering and OAO Lukoil have been supplied in attachments.

In this regard OAO LUKOIL is making an official declaration that it has never concluded nor intends to conclude any crude sale agreements with ZAO International Pipeline Engineering whatsoever, therefore letters and other documents provided by this enterprise have been fabricated.

OAO LUKOIL does not bear any responsibility for contracts and agreements signed by ZAO International Pipeline Engineering and intends to take all necessary measures to protect its image.
