Moscow, October 1, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC has formed three new branches: the Yaroslavl branch, the Ivanovo branch and the Kostroma branch.
The change in the company's structure is mainly caused by a need for compliance of all CenterTelecom's territorial divisions with the unified standard. This is very important with regard to oncoming Svyazinvest's reorganization based on targeted organizational structure of Rostelecom OJSC, the integrated telecommunications company. The Ivanovo, the Kostroma and the Yaroslavl branches have been formed by means of reorganization of the company's Upper Volga branch. Currently CenterTelecom is working on delegation of the Upper Volga branch's responsibilities to the new branches.
The new branches are to be headed by the following persons:
V. Kurshinsky, Deputy General Director, Director of Yaroslavl branch, CenterTelecom
T. Nazaryan, Deputy General Director, Director of Ivanovo branch, CenterTelecom
A. Dogadin, Deputy General Director, Director of Kostroma branch, CenterTelecom
Formation of the Yaroslavl, the Ivanovo and the Kostroma branches will simplify the process of CenterTelecom and Rostelecom merger leading to emergence of a strong and progressive telecommunications operators providing full range of high quality services to the population of all Russian regions.
