MOSCOW – CenterTelecom OJSC announces that its Board of Directors decided to defer consideration of issues related to acquisition of Akado International Limited.

The decision has been made after receiving a letter from Akado's core shareholder Renova Media Enterprises proposing to discuss an alternative deal structure.
