Segezha Group (MOEX: SGZH), a leading Russian timber holding company
with a full cycle of logging and added-value wood processing,
announces that the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on
December 29, 2021 decided to pay dividends to Segezha
Group PJSC based on the results of nine months of 2021 in the
amount of 6,589,800,000 rubles or in the amount of zero (0) rubles
fourty two (42) kopecks per ordinary share of Segezha Group PJSC.
The dividend record date for the shareholders
entitled to receive these dividends is January 8, 2022.
