Bank Vozrozhdeniye is a principal member of the international payment systems Visa International and MasterCard International and has its own certified processing Centre. As at February 8th 2005, the Bank issued over 540,000 bankcards of international payment systems, out of which 454,000 items (84% of the total number) are the chip cards. The company Rosan is a provider of all the Bank Vozrozhdeniye's chip cards.

The Bank has been steadily developing the card service infrastructure in the Moscow Region and other regions. At the moment, the settlements are made by international bankcards in 871 points of sale. As at February 8th , the Vozrozhdeniye's ATM network covers 319 units, out of which 193 ATMs are installed in the Moscow Region. Since the year 2004 the Bank has installed 19 ATMs with the cash-in function. Bank Vozrozhdeniye has been steadily promoting the ATM service including utility payments, payments to mobile providers (MTS, Beeline, Megafon), replenishment of deposits, convertible funds transfers, consumer loans and debt repayments by credit cards. In December 2004 the number of the above transactions per month topped the 300,000 mark. In total, during the past year over 15 million transactions of all kinds were conducted.

Bank Vozrozhdeniye is among top ten leaders on the market of originating "payroll" projects, which amount 2,000 corporate clients. Thanks to this fact, turnover of the funds having passed through customer accounts in 2004 reached RUR30 billion, so being doubled over the respective figure in the year 2003. On January 1st 2005, the special card accounts balances total over RUR 3.2 billion.

Since the second half of 2004 the Bank has been offering credit cards Visa Classic Revolver and Visa Gold Revolver. At the moment, the similar product within MasterCard brand is being launched.

In December 2004 the Bank jointly with the company Rosan and the administration of Serpukhov-city started the cards issue under the project "Social ‘ard" for the Serpukhov-city residents, where the cards with dual interface are used. In the first place, "Social Card" serves the interests of the citizens having social benefits. In addition, this card enables its holder to use it both for banking transactions and various benefits, such as payment for medical drugs, various goods, free passage on municipal transport facilities.
