December 4, 2018. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has paid coupons on series BO-P05 bonds (state registration number 4B02-05-55038-E-001P of June 9, 2017).

In accordance with the Decision on securities issue, RusHydro made coupon payment on series BO-P05 bonds with a coupon rate of 8.2% per annum on December 14, 2018 (at the end of third coupon period).

Total amount paid was RUB 408,900,000. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 40.89 per bond.

In June 2017, RusHydro successfully placed bonds in total amount of RUB 10 bn. The final coupon rate for newly issued 3-year bonds was set at 8.2%.  The bonds were included in Level 1 quotation list of securities admitted to trading on MOEX.
