Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX:
RSHYY) has paid coupons on series 01 and 02 bonds (state registration
numbers 4-01-55038-E and 4-02-55038-E as of September 23, 2010).
In accordance with the Decision on securities
issue, RusHydro paid coupons on series 01 and 02 bonds with a coupon
rate of 9.5% per annum on October 15, 2018 (at the end of 15th
period).
Total amount paid was RUB 11,834,741.43 including
RUB 4,221,011.23 on series 01 bonds and 7,613,730.2 on series 02
bonds. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 47.37 per bond.
In April 2011, RusHydro had placed its
exchange-traded 01 and 02 bonds in total amount of RUB 15 bn. In
April 2016 the coupon rate for periods 11 – 20 was set at 9.5% per
annum. A total of 9,910,821 01 series bonds and 4,839,240 02 series
bonds were redeemed. The bonds were included in Level 3 quotation
list of securities admitted to trading on MOEX.
